Efrain Arroyave MD
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Efrain Arroyave, MD, is a U.S.-trained physician, entrepreneur, inventor, and author based in Lexington, Kentucky. Over a career spanning more than three decades, he has founded and developed businesses in the fields of medicine, apparel, media, and technology. His ventures include Exeter Medical Clinic, Exigent MED Group, and STAT Health Screens, a national discount laboratory network. Dr. Arroyave also developed one of the largest healthcare portals on Terra.com, serving audiences throughout Latin America and Spain, and published Nexus, the Spanish- and Portuguese-language inflight magazine for American Airlines. He is the inventor of an innovative oral-care device and has contributed articles to medical journals, as well as textbooks and audiobooks related to the field of aesthetic medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine and completed postgraduate training at several distinguished institutions, including the University of Kentucky, Mount Sinai Medical Center, Boston University, and the Lahey Clinic. During his medical career, he held licenses in Massachusetts, Florida, and Kentucky and served as the managing partner of a two-physician surgical practice in South Florida. In recent years, Arroyave has devoted much of his time to learning and participating in Kentucky's equine industry, widely recognized as the Horse Capital of the World. Along the way he has developed relationships with owners, breeders, and trainers. He and his wife own both Thoroughbred and Saddlebred horses, and their family has longstanding ties to the Thoroughbred, Saddlebred, and Paso Fino horse industries. Arroyave is a member of The Thoroughbred Club of America.
Cali V. Clouse, Esq., LL.M.
In-House Legal Counsel
Attorney with nearly a decade in the legal field spanning civil litigation in high-profile nationwide opioid cases, class action settlement administration, and current practice at one of the largest immigration law firms in the nation. Prior to law, she served as Director of Client Relations at GDB Miami, a boutique business development firm. Mrs. Clouse's husband is a well-known and respected American Saddlebred horse trainer and competition judge. She holds an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, a J.D. from St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law, and a B.A. in Communications from Florida International University. Admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. Clouse is a member of The Thoroughbred Club of America.
Francisco J. Villegas, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Francisco J. Villegas, CPA, brings more than 40 years of experience in public accounting, financial management, and business consulting. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Francisco is fluent in English and Spanish, with significant professional experience serving Spanish-speaking business environments. His career spans senior roles across public accounting, corporate finance, and executive management. He served as Controller at Banana Services, Inc., where he oversaw financial management and reporting during growth from $40 million to $240 million in annual sales, and as Vice President of Finance and Administration at International Business Trading, Inc., managing financial operations of a $50 million tropical fruit importer and a $4.5 million maritime enterprise. He subsequently founded and managed Francisco J. Villegas CPA, P.A. in Coral Gables, and most recently served as Senior Tax Director and client relations lead at Digital Tax Group PLLC in South Miami. His expertise encompasses financial accounting, income tax planning and preparation, IRS representation, audit coordination, budgeting and forecasting, and the implementation of computerized accounting systems including QuickBooks, Sage, and Great Plains.
